The breakfast was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the lobby where it was served. The staff were consistently courteous with any request. Also, location was marvellous, not very far from Chinese Cultural Center.

After I checked in, I was most impressed that the airport shuttle driver was happy to take me to a local mall to do some shopping rather than walk there in the 104 degree heat. Later, all I had to do was call the hotel and let them know when to come pick me up and they were there in a few minutes. The hotel room was immaculately clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. .

The customer service is friendly and they offer a shuttle to the airport. Parking is not an issue as it is onsite. The hotel has a central location close to everything. The food is outstanding, and they have a wide array of meals.

Room was nice and patio area comfortable.
Even though room service was available until 11 pm they refused to take my order for dinner at 1045 pm. No restaurants nearby. Also no in room movies available. Made complaint about not honoring dining schedule but no offer for any concession or apology for failure to honor printed schedule. Will probably choose different hotel on next business trip.
